Second stay at The Lake House and what is not to love !!
Beautiful cabin, everything you want and spotlessly clean. The fishing has been great, had 33 as I write this and still have a few hours to go. Sunday was mad as we had 22 fish and stopped at 11pm as we were tired :-)
Its all just so very special, like millionaires fishing !!
Thank you to Mark & Kate as always and looking forward to our return to Lillies Cabin in a few weeks.

Cabin is fabulous in every way !!
Very tastefully decorated, high quality bedding, towels, crockery, glasses etc and spotlessly clean :-)
We loved the outdoor area with the hot tub, we sat out there lounging on settee's when it rained and still had a beautiful view.
Well the fishing !! Husband is exhausted, caught so many carp and loved every minute.

The Lake House began its renovation during lockdown after a suggestion from a family member. We began in April 2021 and worked tirelessly for over 15 months to create a place that would provide an unforgettable break.
Here at The Lake House we take great pride in providing you with a luxury stay we are sure will tick all the boxes. Every effort is made to ensure that all your needs are catered for and nothing is too much trouble. We are certain that once you stay with us you will want to return time and time again.
So many of our visitors promised to come back in the first year we were open and this makes us feel really proud of what we’ve achieved here.
Our lodge is the ONLY one on the lake , providing total privacy without any neighbours or shared amenities.
Although our lodge is designed to sleep two people, we do offer a sofa bed for children between the ages of 12 and 17 (additional guest supplement)

Fishing at The Lake House
Roe Lake was constructed in 2021.
This lake is the home of our largest on-site fish and is a dedicated carp fishing lake.
The lake is 7.2 acres in size and with depths from 4-8 feet.
The lake was stocked in November 2021 with 100 plus carp and was further stocked in January 2022 and November 2023.
The lake now boasts 300 carp up to 35+ lbs
Currently the lake has over 150 20lbs plus fish making it an ideal opportunity for a personal best whilst chilling out in our lodge.
The lake can be challenging even for the most experienced angler but the rewards are there to be had.
Hire gear is available for a daily charge of £35.00 -45.00
We do have 4 other on-site lakes for the lesser experienced angler (subject to availability on the day)
